With over 14 years of project management and operation excellence leadership at the global real estate development and construction form, Lend Lease, 10 years of leading the lean transformation of and the offsite manufacturing strategy at the revered national mechanical firm, Limbach, and 3 years helping global retail corporations develop lean program delivery of projects at thousands of locations at Sevan Multi-site Solutions, Kevin has both the direct executive experience as well as the training and mastery of facilitation skills to help organizations of all sizes in a variety of industries achieve their highest priorities.
