Target Value Delivery in Action
This immersive 6-session online workshop will introduce participants to the foundational phases of Target Value Delivery (TVD), with a focus on developing a shared understanding of TVD principles and the practices involved in team formation. Adapted from the first two modules of Lean Construction Institute’s in-person TVD training, this virtual course introduces TVD fundamentals and the early team-based processes necessary for effective implementation.
Participants will collaborate in a virtual big room environment using digital collaboration tools—such as LCI's eLearning portal, MURAL, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft Planner—to engage in define project value from the owner's perspective and experience key aspects of team formation. The workshop centers around a fictional Kids’ Clubhouse project, providing a practical and engaging context for applying what they learn.
**Sessions will take place every Friday from 1:00–3:30 PM ET, running from August 21 to October 2. (No class September 4)**

Once registered, you’ll receive a series of emails leading up to the event with everything you need to prepare—technical onboarding instructions, what to expect, and more. You’ll receive separate messages with your Zoom links to join the live session, and to prework to prepare prior to the first class.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 3-14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to the event will not receive a refund, but participants will retain access to all materials.
No cash refunds will be issued due to technical issues on the participant’s side; however, all registrants will still receive access to the recording and workshop materials. If a technical failure occurs on our side, the session will be rescheduled.
