- Karen Newhouse, is the Director of Lean Services at Miron Construction, a $1.7B General Contractor located in the Fox Valley. She has spent 30+ years as a project manager and did a deep dive into Lean while working in Healthcare in California. She is the co-founder of the Wisconsin CoP in 2018. Karen brings a wide breadth of Lean understanding to her team and loves helping others move their Lean journeys forward.
