Steering Production Towards Targets using LPS®

The Last Planner System® (LPS) for Production Control is designed to guide production towards its targets.  But how exactly does the system help team do that? This webinar will explore the intricacies of production planning and control through the lens of the five elements of LPS and associated metrics.  Despite achieving high Percent Planned Complete (PPC) scores, some teams that use LPS still struggle to meet their targets. By incorporating advanced LPS metrics such as Commitment Level (CL), Percent Required Complete (PRC) and Milestone Variance (MV), teams can gain a more comprehensive understanding of their production processes and address the workplan variances more effectively.

The CL, PRC, and MV metrics were introduced at IGLC in 2016 and later incorporated in the LPS 2020 benchmark by P2SL, complement the original PPC metric and when used together they help teams steer production towards goals.   This webinar is highly recommended for professionals dedicated to implementing LPS on their projects and interested in taking their implementation to the next level.
