At the end of this session, you can expect to:
Understand what to expect on exam day, including timing, remote proctoring, ID requirements, workspace setup, and key testing rules.
Learn practical test-taking strategies for pacing yourself, reading questions carefully, using process of elimination, and flagging questions for review.
Practice with sample-style questions and discuss how to think through answer choices using real-world Lean Project Delivery knowledge.
Leave with helpful preparation resources, including practice test information, exam tips, and guidance on what to do before and after the Knowledge Assessment.
