NEW: Aligning Project Success with Conditions of Satisfaction

LCI icon
Many of us are familiar with Steven Covey’s second habit, “Begin with the end in Mind.” Teams who have effectively used Conditions of Satisfaction (CoS) on projects understand the impact this habit can have. On Lean projects, teams recognize that the project is a promise, a really big promise, that can only be delivered through a large and complex network of commitments. The overall promise is not just a promise to the owner or client, but to the team as a whole. Join us to learn more about Project Conditions of Satisfaction, including what they are, where the term came from, how they can help with clarity and alignment and practical strategies on how they can be effectively used on a project.

Learning Objectives:
1. Understand the history of CoS and their role on projects.
2. See example of effective Project CoS and how they help alignment on projects.
3. See examples of how to use CoS once they've been established.
