Traditionally, the Last Planner System® has started with Milestone Planning. It was a one-time event meant to include the entire project team. But most projects do not work that way. And it misses an important aspect of planning. In this webinar we continue a new line of thinking started in the 2020 Process Benchmark for the Last Planner System®. We will present a simple approach to better planning at the project level, the level where we determine the strategy for executing the work, the “how” of construction. You will learn how to put this process to work right now on your current project.
