Target Value Delivery in Action: Hosted in a Virtual Big Room Format
This immersive 6-session online workshop will introduce participants to the foundational phases of Target Value Delivery (TVD), with a focus on developing a shared understanding of TVD principles and the practices involved in team formation. Adapted from the first two modules of Lean Construction Institute’s in-person TVD training, this virtual course introduces TVD fundamentals and the early team-based processes necessary for effective implementation.
Participants will collaborate in a virtual big room environment using digital collaboration tools—such as MURAL, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Planner—to engage in define project value from the owner's perspective and experience key aspects of team formation. The workshop centers around a fictional Kids’ Clubhouse project, providing a practical and engaging context for applying what they learn.
**Sessions will take place every Friday from 1:00–3:00 PM ET, running from September 5 to October 10.**
This course sets the stage for deeper learning—those attending LCI Congress 2025 can continue with Modules 3 and 4. Plus, participants will receive a $245 discount on Learning Day at Congress.

Once registered, you’ll receive a series of emails leading up to the event with everything you need to prepare—technical onboarding instructions, what to expect, and more. You’ll receive an invitation to the Microsoft Teams meeting series closer to the event date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No cash refunds will be issued due to technical issues on the participant’s side; however, all registrants will still receive access to the recording and workshop materials. If a technical failure occurs on our side, the session will be rescheduled.
