Lean in the Field: Build Smarter, Lead Stronger
Designed specifically for field leaders, this three-part, hands-on training series provides practical Lean strategies to eliminate waste, streamline workflow, and strengthen leadership on the jobsite. Over three sessions, participants will build skills in Lean foundations, 5S & visual management, and production studies with coaching techniques. Each session delivers tools that can be put to work immediately, helping field leaders create safer, more organized, and higher-performing jobsites—while fostering stronger teamwork, accountability, and morale.
