Please join us for our first Lean Coffee!

This will be an open conversation with experienced and curious participants regarding all things Lean.  We hope to explore what participants are curious about, successes they have had and challenges they are looking to solve for.

How does it work?

Owners, designers, trade partners and builders will propose discussion topics that they would like to explore.  The group will vote on topics that are most relevant and timely to create the agenda.  The facilitator will manage the conversation and keep the group progressing through as many topics as possible.    The goal is to learn from one another and expand our collective knowledge.

Speaker:

• Brian Crawford is the Corporate Director of Lean at Alberici Constructors. With over 30 years of project management experience in the building and healthcare market, Brian is responsible for Alberici’s Lean Edge program across all the company’s projects.  He has extensive LPS experience and had helped many teams overcome the challenges of implementation.  Brian is a Core Group member of the LCI St Louis’ Community of Practice, an approved LCI instructor, and a frequent presenter at LCI Congress.
