Effective Use of The Last Planner® System
This hands-on workshop will cover the basics of what the Last Planner® System is, how to use it, pitfalls, and other Lean tools that are used in conjunction with the Last Planner System. Participants will complete an LPS® activity and be able to incorporate what they’ve learned into their projects. Session will heavily focus on behavior, accountability, and how to keep team momentum after the initial pull planning session.

Natasha Schnaitmann, Southland Industries
Natasha developed her passion for Lean IPD/IFOA projects in 2011 on the Temecula Valley Hospital Project and has been a Project Manager on multiple IFOA and IPD projects. She serves as a core team member on the LCI Arizona Community of Practice. She shares her passion by coaching, training, and facilitating diverse project teams and students on using IPD tools, processes, and behaviors. Natasha is committed to the Lean tenet of “respect for people,” which she believes makes construction a nicer way of doing business and influences the industry to adopt a more collaborative approach.
