Target Value Delivery (TVD)

Target Value Delivery sounds great in theory, but how do you implement the process? Over the past year, the UT CoP has been building up to this event. We started with a deep dive into the IPD Contract, followed by explaining the Validation process. Finally, we will be explaining Target Value Delivery and how every project can implement the process and be successful in setting a target and hitting the target!

  • Eric Ubersax - Senior Project Manager, Devenney Group
  • Jason Light - Project Executive, Okland Construction

Eric and Jason have been practicing LEAN and Target Value Delivery on several IPD and Design Build projects. They are true collaborators and are passionate about leading and helping teams through the process. They are passionate about teaching it but are also living it and have seen the true value from implementing Target Value Design.
