A Conversation around Lean Construction and your local CoP.

We want to kick off a new year of Lean learning in 2026.  Join the LCI Salt Lake City Community of Practice to help us prepare for the upcoming year!

This interactive event is an opportunity to connect with others in the design and construction industry who are passionate about driving collaboration, reducing waste, and improving outcomes through Lean thinking. We’ll explore what Lean means to our community, share ideas for future programming, and discuss the challenges and opportunities we’re facing on our projects today.

Whether you're deeply experienced in Lean or just beginning your journey, this is a chance to meet peers, exchange insights, and help shape the direction of our CoP over the next twelve months. Your voice matters—and your input will help us build meaningful events that support learning, growth, and transformation across the industry.

What to Expect:

  • Networking with local Lean practitioners
  • Facilitated discussion: What do you want to learn this year?
  • Light refreshments and good conversation
  • Let’s learn together, grow together, and build better—together.
