Steve Wilson is a Principal-in-Charge at HMC Architects and a recognized resurce in Lean project delivery. Since beginning his Lean journey in 2008, Steve has spent more than 17 years collaborating with owners, contractors, and some of the industry's leading Lean coaches to successfully deliver complex healthcare projects, including greenfield hospitals, major additions, and facility improvements under Integrated Form of Agreement (IFOA) contracts.
Kylan Greenville is a VDC Manager with Balfour Beatty and is an expert in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), technology implementation, and digital project delivery. With more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Kylan has led the implementation of advanced BIM and VDC strategies for complex K–12, higher education, and public sector projects throughout California.
Melissa Quintana, Hermosillo holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a Master's degree in Quality and Productivity Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She is certified as a Certified Lean Practitioner (LCI-CPC) by the Lean Construction Institute, CM-Lean by the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), Lean Management Specialist by the Lean Construction Institute México, and Scrum Master by Scrum Inc.
