Not only will they leave this session being able to identify oceans of improvement opportunities, but they will also be outfitted with a proven approach to cultivating Buy-In WITH our trade partners. This method of zoom level observations will accelerate their efforts in building lasting relationships with our skilled workforce by removing 'hard' work from their workflow. But how do we make sure these aren’t just localized improvements that wash away with the tide?
The exercise at the beginning of this interactive session will calibrate the audience's improvement goggles so that when we dive into testimonials and a case study on how this approach gave purpose to time & motion studies, they will clearly see the measurable gains made through rapid experimentations and Job Instruction.
