Intro to Pull Planning in Design
Please plan to join us at Turner's office on August 26th for an introduction to Pull Planning Design workshop.
Participants—architects, engineers, owners, and contractors—will learn how to collaboratively develop a milestone-driven plan by working backward from key design deliverables. Through hands-on exercises and real-world examples, the workshop will demonstrate how Pull Planning:
- Encourages cross-functional coordination and shared ownership of the schedule
- Identifies and resolves constraints early to reduce delays and rework Enhances communication and trust among project stakeholders
- Aligns design efforts with construction sequencing and owner priorities
Whether you're new to Lean practices or looking to refine your team's planning approach, this workshop provides practical tools and strategies to improve project outcomes through collaborative planning.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
Speakers:
- Troy Bash, Turner Construction Company
- Maryam Baghdadi, SSOE
