John Medvec,AIA DBIA LEED® AP BD+C - Skanska USA Building Inc. is a Senior Design Integration Manager with Skanska. John is also a licensed architect and has been engaged in the AEC industry for over thirty years. John began his lean journey upon joining Skanska in 2016. John has been collaborating with, and leading teams on healthcare and higher education projects in Oregon. John will share his experience implementing the Choosing By Advantages process to facilitate consensus driven team decisions on projects here in Oregon.
