Intro to 5S in Construction

Please join us on April 29th at 4:00pm for an Intro to 5S in Construction! Building on our February Intro to Lean and the 8 Wastes, the 5S methodology provides a structure for improving productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety in the workplace while eliminating waste.  This event will include an interactive exercise and group discussion on how best to utilize 5S to eliminate waste on our projects and within our teams.
