Ed has been on a Lean journey since 2016, during the last 9 years he been on a mission to share his experiences with the industry to help with continuous improvement initiatives and a respect for people culture. Ed has been to 8 LCI Congress Events while presenting at 3 of them. He is currently working on completing his LCI CPC Certification.
