VIRTUAL EVENT Lean Watch Party – Building Effective Teams
The Ohio Valley LCI Community of Practice is hosting our next Virtual Lean Watch Party. This lunchtime educational outreach event is ideal for Owners, CM/GC’s, Trade Partners, and Design/Engineering professionals who are interested in starting their Lean Journey or just getting more familiar with Lean concepts.
In this session we will watch a few short videos on “Respect for People” and “How to Improve Team Dynamics in the Workplace?” taking time between each video for open discussion, questions, and further learning from each other.
