The Ohio Valley LCI Community of Practice is hosting our next Virtual Lean Watch Party. This lunchtime educational outreach event is ideal for Owners, CM/GC’s, Trade Partners, and Design/Engineering professionals who are interested in starting their Lean Journey or just getting more familiar with lean concepts.
In this session we will watch a few short videos on “What is 5S” and “How 5S Applies to Construction?” taking time between each video for open discussion, questions, and further learning from each other. Before we adjourn, we will play a 5S Game to reinforce learnings and conduct a Plus/Delta.
