- Cassandra Mondello, is a Clarkson University graduate; having received her BS Civil Engineering in 2020; MS Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2023. Her master’s thesis – “Implementing Lean Methods to Increase Site Efficiency” – is a case study of her Lean implementation as a field engineer working on the Middlebury VT, Bridge and Rail project. She is currently a Project Engineer with Dragados-USA, working in the Marine Group for the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel in Norfolk, VA.
