Collaborative Leadership Behavior Module 2 -
Interpersonal Communication Skills
This workshop creates an advanced learning community in which "Respect for People" is realized through specific leadership behaviors, strategies and practical tools.
This is the second of four modules in which we will deeply examine and practice four areas of Leadership Life Skills; Facilitative Leadership, Communication Skills for Difficult Situations, Meaningful Stakeholder Engagement, and Collaborative Problem Solving and Decision Making.
Participants will receive training materials and guidance that can be immediately adapted and applied to your company and projects.
Speakers:
- Denis Stroup, Barge Design Solutions is a licensed Architect with 30 years’ experience focusing on integrated lean project delivery and healthcare design. Denis has a passion for building and sustaining a culture that fosters a highly collaborative environment where people do their best work.
- Leandris Weeden, Robins & Morton is a builder, Lean advocate and leader. He strives for continuous improvement, respect for people and opportunities to provide value. Leandris seeks for ways to make processes flow through work areas. Design, Make, Transport & Build. Everyone has a customer.
Lunch will be provided.
Guest parking is in the building parking garage. The entrance to this garage is off 3rd Avenue.
