GEMBA Tour - New Nissan Stadium

Join us for an exclusive Gemba Walk through the future home of the Tennessee Titans — the New Nissan Stadium, currently under construction along the East Bank of the Cumberland River. This on-site experience offers a unique opportunity to observe the progress of one of Nashville’s most ambitious infrastructure projects. Participants will gain firsthand insights into lean tools and practices the construction team is using to drive this world-class venue forward, including visual management tools, Weekly Work Plans, and innovative technologies. This walk will highlight how innovation and continuous improvement are shaping the future of live entertainment in Music City.

 

 

 

Speaker:

Mike Gallagher, Project Executive for Turner Construction, has worked for Turner Construction for 15 years in multiple locations throughout the country and internationally.  Since relocating to Nashville in 2019, Mike has worked on BroadWest, Healthcare projects at St Thomas Midtown Campus, Peabody Union, and the New Nissan Stadium Project.

Appropriate attire (close toed boots, full length pants, PPE) is required for this event.
