POSTPONED - NEW DATE TBD - Collaborative Leadership Behavior / Stakeholder Engagement

This workshop creates an advanced learning community in which "Respect for People" is realized through specific leadership behaviors, strategies and practical tools. This is the fourth and final of four modules in which we will deeply examine and practice Collaborative Problem Solving: The A3 and the Problem-Solving Pathway, Opening/Narrowing/Closing cycles, Phases and Tools, practical application and process design practice. Through presentation and interactive small group exercises, this session will demonstrate the tools and tactics that are designed to elicit and organize information in a way that supports leading stakeholders through a series of “small” agreements that will result in a final “big” agreement.

Participants will receive training materials and guidance that can be immediately adapted and applied to your company and projects.

Attendance of prior modules not required for registration.
