Join us for this interactive 4-hour workshop designed for Lean champions, new coaches, and leaders who want to sharpen their coaching skills. This hands-on session will provide practical techniques and tools to help you become a more effective coach in various contexts, from one-on-one coaching to facilitating team environments.

Participants will learn:

• Essential coaching fundamentals including practice of techniques that build empathy and improve coaching engagements and three key coaching skills to enable others to find their own solutions
• How to create an environment for successful coaching relationships and high-performing teams

Each participant will have opportunities to practice these skills in real scenarios, ask questions, and develop a personal action plan. You'll leave with practical tools, including a coaching template, that you can implement immediately in your projects.

Instructors:

Andy Fulton, Construction Accelerator is a Certified PMP, Scrum Master, and Civil Engineer with 15 years in construction management and public works, including 10 years as a Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer.  As COO of Construction Accelerator and lead coach for The ReAlignment Group of California, he helps teams excel through training and facilitation. Andy also drives content production for Construction Accelerator and believes in making one improvement every day.

Kyle Martinez, Construction Accelerator, is an experienced Facilitator and Lean Coach. Kyle has deep experience in coaching and managing over 70 project teams in all Lean aspects, principles and tools including the Last Planner System® in design, construction, fabrication and hospital fit-up projects. He is also a master video maker and editor for the Construction Accelerator® system.
