VIRTUAL EVENT - From Fear to Flourish: Unleashing High Performing Teams
High-performing teams don’t just happen—they’re built on trust, vulnerability, and psychological safety. This session explores how fear, ego, and the pressure to appear competent can sabotage collaboration and learning. Drawing from thought leaders like Amy Edmondson and others, and real-world project insights, we’ll uncover the hidden dynamics that drive—or derail—team performances. Attendees will gain practical strategies to foster open communication, build trust over time, and create environments where people feel safe to speak up, take risks, and grow. Join us to learn how psychological safety isn’t a soft skill, it is a human skill, and it is the foundation of serious and tangible results.
