Join us for a relaxed, interactive and virtual Lean Coffee session, where we will discuss various topics over a warm cup of coffee.

During the event, we will start with a brief introduction of the 8 Wastes - an important concept in Lean Management - followed by a short Q&A session.  The intro of the 8 Wastes is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with this fundamental practice for improving efficiency in the workplace.

As always, the rest of the time will be open to what the group chooses to discuss.  All Lean topics are welcome and this is the perfect environment for Lean novices and practitioners to share their knowledge and curiosity.
