After the workshop, attendees are invited to a Peruvian-flavor happy hour featuring a special cultural presentation by Pumawari Tusuy Boston in honor of Glenn's contribution to the industry.
Glenn Ballard, PhD, is one of the founders of Lean Construction and a co-founder of the Lean Construction Institute and the International Group for Lean Construction. He developed the Last Planner System and has spent decades advancing theory and practice in production planning, project delivery, and collaborative work. His research and teaching have influenced Lean practitioners around the world.
Josh DiGLoria, is a Lean leader with DPR Construction who supports project teams in applying Lean principles and the Last Planner System to improve planning, coordination, and reliable workflow. He brings practical project experience and will share examples of best-in-class implementation from real construction projects.
Cade Keyes is a Superintendent and Lean leader with DPR Construction who works with project teams to strengthen planning, collaboration, and production-system performance. He brings practical experience implementing Lean and the Last Planner System and will help connect the workshop concepts to real project conditions and everyday field execution.
