- Jeff Long, Genentech
Jeff serves as the Global Operational Excellence Lead, providing leadership to ensure capability building programs are effective and meet ongoing Business needs. Jeff worked 24 years with the Bechtel Corporation, in the areas of program and project management, and has been instrumental in supporting Genentech’s embrace of Lean Construction methods. Jeff is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a BS in Construction Engineering & Management from Purdue University, and MBA from Golden Gate University.
- Mike Greening, Genentech
Mike is the US Head of Project Delivery, accountable for delivering the larger or more complex capital projects at Genentech’s US manufacturing sites. Mike has previously held senior engineering leadership roles at Amgen and Jacobs, delivering projects across multiple continents. Mike was the project manager for the CSC project in SSF. Mike holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and a MBA.
