High-Performance Leadership - Advanced Skills

This workshop creates an advanced learning community in which "Respect for People" is realized through specific leadership behaviors, strategies and practical tools. Spread over two full-day sessions, we will deeply examine and practice four areas of Leadership Life Skills; Facilitative Leadership, Communication Skills for Difficult Situations, Meaningful Stakeholder Engagement, and Collaborative Problem Solving and Decision Making. Participants will receive training materials and guidance that can be immediately adapted and applied to your company and projects. A Certificate of Completion applicable to receive up to 16 hours of Continuing Education Credits will be provided for full attendance.

The High-Performance Leadership – Advanced Skills A3 outlines the problems we see with construction productivity. "Culture" is the result of behavior based on long established habits, customs and beliefs. Other industries have had to develop a new set of skills to manage the diverse needs and experience of their stakeholders. The construction industry now faces the challenge of reinventing it's leadership practices for today's challenges. Read the A3  to learn more and how this workshop serves as a series of countermeasures to typical project problems.

Here's what people are saying about the workshop:

“Just 45 minutes into this training I realized that I had already gotten my money’s worth.”

“The High-Performance Leadership class has already helped me elevate my facilitation game."

"I added a bunch of new tools in my leadership toolbox!"

"One of the most powerful effects of the High-Performance Leadership training was how much it raised my confidence as a team member and leader. The setting was psychologically safe, supportive, and encouraging. The content was enlightening and engaging. These are in-the-moment, useful tools shared for bringing the facilitation and communication skills needed to create effective meetings, and any, really any situation involving successful engagement with others. "

"The High-Performance Leadership class was more than worth the money spent. Though my lean journey seems like it is really at an early stage, I needed to go to the next level. This course really gave me the tools and more to do just that. I think this class would be perfect for an intermediate level or even and an advanced Lean practitioner."
