Jobsite Tour - Prefab Case Study with ArchKey Technologies

Join Ryan Companies’ and ArchKey’s Fourth & Park project team as they walk you through their installation process, from conception in prefabrication to deployment onsite. ArchKey Solutions uses a comprehensive approach to project management combining the power of preconstruction planning, Lean construction principles, and Advanced Work Packages with execution plans for prefabrication and onsite work.

Speakers:

  • Jeremy Smith - Project Manager, ArchKey Technologies
    Jeremy has been in the Technologies industry since 2014 and with ArchKey since 2019. Through his commitment to and excellence in pre-planning and day-to-day management of projects, both from the office and onsite, Jeremy has developed into a skilled Project Manager, providing mentorship and coaching to up and coming Associate PMs, while continuing to lead and manage project teams of his own. Jeremy’s background as a field technician offers greater attention to detail and understanding to help successfully meet project and customer needs. Jeremy’s most recent contributions to ArchKey’s success includes his passion for further advancing ArchKey’s prefabrication capabilities and efficiencies. 
  • Michael Green - Production Manager, ArchKey Technologies
    Michael has been with the ArchKey since 2015, starting his career as an AV Technician. From there, he advanced rapidly and became a valuable field leader, serving our team as a Foreman managing projects of all scopes and sizes. Michael now serves the business as a Production Manager. In this role, Michael is responsible to develop, initiate, and manage the ArchKey Project Delivery Model (APDM) system on assigned projects resulting in increased productivity, risk mitigation, and effective workflow. He also assists our project teams with the development of production schedules and coordination of labor resources.
  • Isaac Dusbabek - Foreman, ArchKey Technologies
    Isaac has over 15 years’ experience in the technologies Industry, all as part of ArchKey. Isaac has risen through the ranks to become one of ArchKey’s most experienced field leaders. Isaac has supervised projects of all sizes and knows what it takes to organize, plan, and schedule a technologies installation utilizing Lean tools and never sacrificing an emphasis on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Isaac ensures our customers’ systems projects are completed on time and on budget, maintains a safe and efficient work site, and provides technical support and expertise to our crews and apprentices in the trade. 

Here are the expectations for the jobsite:

  • Hardhat required - if you own, please bring- there is limited inventory on hand.
  • Eyewear required- if you own, please bring- there is limited inventory on hand.
  • Hi-vis vest- if you own, please bring- there is limited inventory on hand.
  • Full length pants – sorry…no extras on site.
  • Work Boots – Please wear shoes with thick soles.  Tennis shoes, high heels and sandals are NOT allowed.  Most boots (even dressy boots) usually have pretty thick soles
