Takt Simulation

Join us for a highly engaging, hands-on simulation designed to teach the core principles, systems, and practices that drive reliable production in construction.

This experience focuses on how to manage and improve field operations to achieve consistent workflow, balanced trade flow, and production on rhythm—the foundation of Takt Planning & Takt Control (TPTC).

Through interactive exercises and real-world scenarios, participants will learn how to:

  • Increase flow and reliability on a construction project
  • Level and package work to support continuous production
  • Apply Construction Steering (Takt Control) to keep work on track
  • Identify and reduce overburden on the workforce
  • Understand the physics of production and how Takt applies to construction
  • Facilitate effective Takt Huddles that drive alignment and action
  • Apply key production laws in construction
  • Implement true Just-In-Time (JIT) material and delivery processes
  • Respond effectively to delays and variability in the field

This simulation offers a hands-on, practical way to learn—connecting Lean principles directly to field execution so teams can immediately apply what they learn on real projects.
