We'll demonstrate what we learn with a case study of a typical role and scenario we face in the industry that includes a bottleneck.

 

 

 

 

Speakers:

  • Terri Erickson, Kata Consulting
    Terri Erickson is the founder and managing principal of Kata Consulting. She is dedicated to advancing the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) Industry by enhancing workflow efficiency, fostering continuous improvement, and maximizing team potential and job satisfaction. With over 20 years of experience as a structural engineer, she has now focused on applying lean methodologies to management challenges as a full-time management consultant.
  • Rick Bernett
    Rick has over 30 years of operations management experience, including high-volume assembly as well as made-to-order job shops. He specializes in small to mid-sized operations with engineering and manufacturing processes. An expert in Lean techniques, he teaches operations management at a local university and advises the Kata Team.
