Appropriate Use of Prefabrication

The presentation will cover JP Cullen's Lean journey with prefabrication and evolution of where we started and what we are doing today. It will also highlight some of the benefits seen along the way.

Trevor has been with JP Cullen for 8 years and attended the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He brings and extensive, Lean background and wealth of experience in streamlining processes and increasing quality through automation, creativity, and successful management of people and ideas at JP Cullen. Trevor leads the prefabrication efforts at JP Cullen to increase quality, speed, and efficiency to deliver reduced costs and expedited schedule to our partners.
