Looking to add a Lean tool to your personal or professional Lean toolbox? Come join us to learn about the tool "Choosing by Advantages" (CBA), a collaborative and transparent decision-making system developed by Jim Suhr.

In addition to learning about the tool, everyone will also participate in performing a live CBA during this event.

Speaker:

Karen Newhouse is the Director of Lean Services at Miron Construction, a $1.7B General Contractor located in the Fox Valley.  She has spent 30+ years as a project manager and did a deep dive into Lean while working in Healthcare in California.  She is the co-founder of the Wisconsin CoP in 2018.  Karen brings a wide breadth of Lean understanding to her team and loves helping others move their Lean journeys forward.

Parking is available on the street or in the attached ramp.  The ramp parking is NOT validated as a part of this event.
