Step out of the office and into the action! Join us for an insightful Gemba Walk.  This is your chance to see processes in motion, connect with colleagues, and share ideas for driving continuous improvement.

After the walk, we’ll shift gears and head into Happy Hour—a relaxed, social setting to network with peers, discuss what we’ve learned, and unwind with some refreshing beverages and light snacks.

Whether you’re passionate about process excellence, eager to collaborate, or simply looking to connect with fellow professionals, this event offers the perfect mix of learning and laughter.

Lean Happy Hour to immediately follow the Gemba Walk at a venue within a short walk of the Hudson’s Building.  The Happy Hour venue will be shared at the conclusion of the Gemba Walk.

Gemba tour ends at 4:00 - post-tour Happy Hour continues until 5:30

Lean Happy Hour Host:

LaShira Champion King is Quality Lean & Innovation Director at Walbridge. She is dedicated to improving project delivery, helping many construction project teams adopt the continual improvement mindset. She shares her knowledge and experience in providing value while minimizing waste. With over 20 years of experience, she is enthusiastic about helping people transform to make their project delivery excellent. LaShira is a member of the Core Team for the LCEP
