Lean Management Systems at Steelcase
Please join the Michigan CoP to learn the history of Steelcase and how they utilized Lean and other tools to strengthen the company and deliver results. This is a fantastic opportunity to see how utilizing Lean increased efficiency, reduced costs, improved quality, and faster lead times while fostering a culture of continuous improvement & enhance team morale.
