Step out of the office and into the action! Join us for an insightful Gemba Walk, at the exciting COSM Detroit building. This is your chance to see processes in motion, connect with colleagues, and share ideas for driving continuous improvement.

After the walk, we’ll shift gears and head into Happy Hour—a relaxed, social setting to network with peers, discuss what we’ve learned, and unwind with some refreshing beverages and light snacks.

Lean Happy Hour to immediately follow the Gemba Walk at a venue within a short walk of the COSM Detroit Building.  The Happy Hour venue will be shared at the conclusion of the Gemba Walk.

Attendees of the Gemba Walk will need to sign a waiver and follow the PPE requirements: Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Hi-Vis Safety Vest, and Work Boots.
