Takt Planning & Implementation - VIRTUAL EVENT

Learn how Takt Planning can be applied to improve flow and reliability across both preconstruction and construction delivery. Jake Evans, Project Executive, will share Wohlsen’s Takt Planning journey, highlighting how the approach has evolved and how it is being used to drive better alignment, planning, and predictability during the planning stages of a project. Superintendents Seth Brewster and Jeremy Stoltz will then discuss field-level implementation, sharing lessons learned and value realized on private multifamily projects and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania commercial work.

Jake Evans is a Project Executive at Wohlsen Construction in Lancaster, PA, with over 10 years of experience managing construction projects across multiple sectors. He has led successful builds for colleges, universities, and private high schools with a focus on collaboration, quality, and efficiency. At Wohlsen, Jake guides project teams from planning through completion, delivering results that exceed client expectations.





Seth Brewster
is a Superintendent at Wohlsen Construction, working in the company’s Central Pennsylvania Region. Seth has 8 years of commercial construction management experience, paired with years of residential carpentry experience working for his father. Seth graduated from Messiah University in 2019 with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Seth is CM Lean Accredited, was an early implementor of Lean at Wohlsen Construction, and is a member of Wohlsen’s Lean Core Group.




Jeremy Stoltz is a Superintendent based in Lancaster, PA, with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked across a wide range of trades, including carpentry, concrete, plumbing, excavation, and site layout, giving him a strong, well-rounded understanding of project execution. He is known for his hands-on leadership, focus on safety, and commitment to delivering quality results on schedule.
