Stantec will share lessons learned from three current projects with three different client approaches to Lean Design and Construction:

• project that leveraged Lean methodologies
• project that transitioned from Construction Manager with GMP to IPD
• project that adopted IPD after the team was established.

Discussions will cover project overview, lessons learned, and pluses and deltas of each project approach. Common themes for success in the Lean and IPD approach will be discussed with the audience.
