Calling all Subcontractors!  Come Learn how to develop a simple pull plan to reduce rework, increase profitability and project satisfaction.  Although this is a Subcontractor targeted event these principles can be used for Designers, Owners and General Contractors.

This will be a team event where each team will perform a mock pull plan for a small project.  You will leave the session able to implement this principle immediately in your organization.

What is Pull Planning?

Pull planning is one of the 8 Key Elements of the Last Planner System® and is a method in which personnel, materials, information, equipment, and the like only arrive at the time and place in which they are needed to maintain the flow of the production process.
