Build Smarter: Trade Partner's Role in Lean Construction using Robotic Layout
Join us for a FREE event to showcase trade partner adoption of emerging technologies that embodies Lean principles and works in the spirit of continuous improvement. We will present a case study on how the use of robotic layout on a project reduced waste and added value to the process. Specific topics will include eliminating defects / mistake proofing, maximizing human talent, leveraging technology, improving flow, and adding value to existing processes.
Scott Yohe with Dale Construction and Jon Yochum with Dusty Robotics will present their findings and will also discuss their vision for continuous improvement in the field of automated layout in construction.
