Scrum-Powered Takt (VIRTUAL EVENT)
This is a stand-alone, hands-on session on Takt Planning and flow, designed for everyone—from first-timers to experienced Lean practitioners. No prior Takt, Scrum, or Last Planner experience is required. Beginners will get clear fundamentals, and experienced teams will gain practical refinements they can apply immediately.
