Learning Event: Interactive Demonstration of Continuous Flow

Tom Arrigo will guide the audience through an Interactive Demonstration of Continuous Flow where the group will experience the difference between Just Working and Working Efficiently.

 

 

 

 

Speaker:  Tom Arrigo, DPR Construction

Tom Arrigo has been in the construction industry for 30+ years; working as a laborer, carpenter, project engineer, project manager, and superintendent. Currently he is a Senior Superintendent for DPR Construction working to deliver challenging healthcare and life science projects. Over the past 16 years, he has implemented Lean principles in the field with his project teams. Tom is a certified instructor for LCI and has guided simulations at LCI Congress to demonstrate Lean concepts.
