Measuring Continuous Improvement: The Last Planner System®
This is the first meeting in LCI Des Moines Series on: Measuring Methods for Continuous Improvement. Join us in person to hear the Lomar Distribution Center project team discuss their implementation of the Last Planner System and how they have continuously scaled the LPS to fit the needs of an ever-fluctuating, naturally progressing scope of work.
After a brief presentation of the team's planning & constraint boards, attendees will then participate in a jobsite tour.
PPE will be required to participate in the jobsite tour.
