This session will wrap up our optimizing the whole series. This will include a jobsite tour of the Community State Bank Headquarters project in Ankeny. This is a design-build project and we will discuss specific examples of the workflow and efficiencies on the project.

The project is on the NE quadrant of the intersection of NE 36th Street and I-35. By the Ankeny Costco. It’s a 4-story mostly glass building. 

We will meet in the Graham Construction office trailer.

Parking is located on the north side of the building or on the street.
