This month, we will continue our series on the first tenet of Lean Construction: Respect for People.

One of Baker Group’s core values is “Care about People”. This fits in perfectly for the Respect for People tenet. We will go into greater detail on what “Care about People” means at Baker Group and offer a shop tour.
