We will be setting the table for 2025 with a conversation around what Lean is, the current state of Lean practice in our community and what we can do to drive continuous improvement in the AEC Industry.

Melissa is a Project Manager at the Vecino Group, a Design-Build Community Developer. On her Lean journey she has implemented Lean practices as a General Contractor and developed internal Lean trainings for her organization.
