The LCI Lean Learning Series is a facilitated discussion-oriented event focused on a specific Lean subject matter.  The series is ideal as a lunch and learn discussion.

Its purpose is to provide just enough knowledge base to kick start an engaging Lean discussion amongst the participants.

This topic introduces A3 Thinking for collaborative problem solving.

Participants will learn the definition of an A3, the problem solving structure with explanation of each step of the A3 format.

This is a hybrid event - platform link will be emailed to all registrants.

Coffee and breakfast pastries will be provided for onsite participants.
